Shadergraph draws white nodes on Windows/Vulkan
Repro Steps:
1. Open the project with Unity >= 2019.3.0a2.
2. Open the provided graph "New Shader Graph".
3. Close Unity - do not close the window before closing Unity.
4. Reopen the project with Unity.
5. The Shadergraph window should open automatically and load the graph.
Result: Shadergraph draws white nodes
Please note that although the result is similar to case 1164245, the root cause is different and has only been exposed by a change in 2019.3.0a2.
Workaround: close and reopen the Shadergraph window
