[VFX] Creating a Subgraph breaks connections/the Effect
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Install Visual Effect Graph Package
3. Create a Visual Effect Graph
4. Select several parts of the graph
5. Convert to a Subgraph
Expected result: The Subgraph maintains connections so that the Visual Effect keeps working
Actual result: Connections are broken
Reproduced on: 2020.1.0a14, 2020.1.0a1, 2019.3.0.b12
Visual Effect Graph Versions: 7.0.1, 7.1.5
