[VFX] Compute shader MotionVector Property error thrown when opening graph with Generate Motion Vectors enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure SampleScene1.unity is opened
2. Open through VFX graphs in the assets fodler and encounter -
"Compute shader ([System 1]MotionVector): Property (_XRViewConstants) at kernel index (0) is not set" once in a while
Expected result: opening through VFX graphs should not produce Compute Shader errors
