[VFX] Assigning an empty VFX asset to vfx game object results in a duplicate
Reproduction:
1) Create a vfx asset
2) Create vfx game object in the scene
3) Assign the vfx asset
Expected: The asset is assigned and is enough to start creating effects
Result: A dial box opens and asks to create a second VFX asset
