Unity Version Control project settings does not align with window title
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a Unity project
- Go to "Edit -> Project Settings"
- Select "Version Control"
- Observe how window data is displayed
- Select "Unity Version Control Settings"
- Observe how window data is displayed
Actual results: Data is not aligned with the section title
Expected results: Data should be aligned with the section title, as it is in the other windows
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0b7, 6000.2.8f1, 6000.0.60f1
