[LSA] Creating New Lighting Settings sets Lighting Mode to Shadowmask which is not available in URP <10.1
To reproduce:
1. Create new URP template in 2020.1
2. Open Lighting Window
3. Click on "New Lighting Settings" button
Expected result:
- Default Lighting Mode is set to the one that URP supports (either to Baked Indirect or Subtractive)
Actual result:
- Default Lighting Mode is set to Shadowmask which is not supported in URP <10.1. A warning is shown which informs about the fallback, but Shadowmask remains selected
Notes:
- Reproduced in 2020.1.15f1 + URP 8.2.0
