UWP use of StorageFolder to access files returns system exception
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Switch platform to UWP
3. Build SampleScene
4. Open VS solution
5. Add restricted Capability broadFileSystemAccess
6. Build (Debug, x64, local Machine)
5. Select "Main Storage folder request" or "BG Storage Folder request"
Expected results: List of files are returned
Actual results: Exception is thrown
Exception thrown at 0x00007FF973E99129 (KernelBase.dll) in case_1161104-Repro.exe: 0x80010108: The object invoked has disconnected from its clients.
Reproduced with: 2019.3.0a6, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.1.7f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2017.4.0f1

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
The reason this happens is due to incorrect usage of StorageFolder APIs. This isn't a bug in Unity.
