[UWP] UnityEngine.XR.WSA.WebCam.VideoCapture StopRecordingAsync triggers an exception
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1158055_repro.zip project
2. Switch platform to UWP and build project
3. Open VS solution and build player (x64, Local Machine, Debug)
4. Give the player access to Microphone and Camera
5. Wait 5 seconds
Results: VideoCapture StopRecordingAsync triggers an exception
