[UWP][Test Runner] Building WSAPlayer fails when attempting to run PlayMode tests in player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make sure that the target platform is set to "UWP"
3. Open the Test Runner window
4. Make sure that the PlayMode tests are enabled
5. In the Test Runner window, click "Run all in player (WSAPlayer)"
Expected result: WSAPlayer is built and the PlayMode test is run successfully.
Actual result: Building WSAPlayer fails with Console errors.
Reproducible with - 2017.2.3p4, 2017.4.0f1, 2017.4.12f1
Not reproducible with - 2018.2.10f1
Notes:
- The building fails when Scripting Backend is set to ".Net", as well as when it is set to "IL2CPP" (with different Console errors).

Resolution Note (2018.3.X):
Why won't fix: this issue only affects 2017.4 and the test framework wasn't fully functional for UWP at that point. Backporting the changes would cause a lot of risk since the changes needed aren't trivial.
