UWP player crashes when changing window size on specific devise
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Build project for UWP
3. Resize UWP window for 10 - 15 seconds (window resize needs to be done quite fast)
Actual results: UWP player crashes when changing window size
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a6, 2019.1.0b4, 2018.3.7f1, 2017.4.20f2
Note:
- Reproducible on both .NET and IL2CPP
- Reproducible on Surface pro 4
