[UWP] Incorrect sample length in audio stream on UWP platform adds clicking noise to audio
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1043569_repro.zip
2. Switch platform to UWP
3. Build project for IL2CPP or .NET backend
4. Open VS solution and build project (Debug x64 Local Machine)
5. Press play button
6. Listen to the audio clicks
Results: The valid number of audio samples length for this case is 8820. On UWP platform audio samples length increases to 8826 which in result creates audio clicks.
