[UWP][HoloLens] The application does not trigger OnApplicationPause
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download MinRepro_NoPause.zip
2. Make sure that XR is enabled
3. Build project for UWP
4. Lanch UWP project on HoloLens
5. Make bloom motion
Results: OnApplicationPause doesn't trigger on HoloLens
Reproduced with:2020.1.0a9, 2019.3.0b8, 2019.2.10f1, 2018.4.11f1
