[UWP] .csproj files are generated when their generation is turned off
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "BugReport.zip" project
2. Switch to UWP platform
3. Open the project folder and delete all .csproj files
4. In Editor open the Preferences Settings -> External Tools
5. Uncheck all the "Generate .csproj files for" checkboxes
6. Click on "Regenerate project files" button
7. Observe the project folder
Expected result: No .csproj files are generated
Actual result: .csproj are generated even when generation is turned off for them
Reproducible with: 2019.4.9f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a21
Notes:
- Everything is working like intended on Standalone
- This feature is not available in 2018.4
