[UWP] Crash with "Exception thrown at 0x00007FFFC01D7984 (UnityPlayer.dll)" when Application.OpenURL is called
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "openurl.zip"
2. Build And Run the project (File>Build And Run)
3. Press the button in the middle of the screen of the Player
Expected results: A website opens
Actual results: A website opens and Unity crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.19f, 2021.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2021.1.0a10, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a11
Notes: Does not reproduce on Windows Build
