[UWP] Builds fail with Rewired
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1UWPBuildBug.zip" project
2. Build to UWP
Expected result: Build succeeds
Actual result: Build fails with "Exception: IL2CPP error (no further information about what managed code was being converted is available)
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object." error
Reproducible with: 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b10, 2021.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.22f1 (Rewired 1.1.38.3.U2020 is not designed for Unity 2019 stream)
Notes:
- The issue only occurs in UWP builds

In my testing, this is also not reproducible in Unity 2020.1.x branch.
Also, the "Rewired 1.1.38.3.U2020 is not designed for Unity 2019" message does not prevent the build from running and working.
