UWP Build fails when System.Text.Json.dll is included in the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Il2cpp_System_Text_JSON.zip"
2. Open File>Build Settings...
3. Switch Architecture to "Intel 32-bit"
4. Build And Run the project
Expected result: Build is successful
Actual result: Build fails with error "Unity.IL2CPP.Building.BuilderFailedException: System.Text.Json3.cpp"
Reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.2.19f1, 2022.1.0b15, 2022.2.0a9
