Using Atrous causes flickering
Using the atrous filter causes flickering artifacts as shown in the attached video.
Repro:
1) Open EnterTheRoom project (see our test content library).
2) Open EmissivesTest01 scene.
3) Enable atrous (you can disable other filtering settings).
4) Set Lightmap Resolution 1, and then to e.g. 128.
