Users have the option to duplicate Raytracing or Material Quality Keywords
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a 3D URP Project
- In the Project Browser create a URP Shadergraph and open it
- In the Blackboard create Keyword > Material or Raytracing Quality
- Right click it and select "Duplicate"
Actual results: Nothing happens, some windows are repainted
Expected results: Option to duplicate the Keywords is not accessible to users
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.38f1, 6000.0.11f1
