User must press "enter" twice in the "InputField" to trigger EventTriggerType.Submit
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "EventTriggerSubmit".
2. Open Console window, and play "test" scene.
3. Enter anything in the "input field".
4. Press "enter" (return) key.
5. If you didn't get any message in Console window and text in the InputField is not red, it means that EventTriggerType.Submit was not called, now press "enter" again.
Expected result: First time you press enter, EventTriggerType.Submit is called.
Actual result: You need to press enter twice, for EventTriggerType.Submit to be called.
Reproducible with: 5.2.3f1, 5.3.2f1, 5.4.1f1, 5.5.0f1, 5.6.0a3
