USB-connected PS5 DualSense controller not detected when playing a UWP build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project “DeviceTest.zip”
2. Connect a PS5 DualSense controller via USB
3. Build And Run
Expected result: DualSense controller is detected
Actual result: DualSense controller is not detected
Reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.24f1, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b14, 2023.2.0a12
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Note: Issue does not reproduce on a Windows Standalone build

For UWP builds, the "HumanInterfaceDevices" capability needs to be turned on: tick HumanInterfaceDevices in Edit > Project Settings > Player > UWP > Publishing Settings > Capabilities.
