[Usability] Settings Panel in the Network Visualization Overlay is closed when switching between Bandwidth or Ownership Panels even though the Settings do not depend on either one
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any Project with Multiplayer Tools installed
- In Scene View open the Network Visualization Overlay
- Open either the Bandwidth or Ownership Panel and the Settings Panel
- Open the other Panel that you didn't open (Ownership or Bandwidth)
Actual results: The Settings Panel is closed
Expected results: The Settings Panel remains open as it doesn't depend on either Panel
Reproducible with versions: 2.2.6 (6000.4.0a2)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
