[Usability] Session and Log timestamps do not take into account User preferences in Cloud Settings
Steps to reproduce:
1. * In Unity Cloud go to Account Settings and observe the Time Zone set
2. Observe your local time and trigger any session
3. In Cloud Diagnostics Dashboard observe Logs or Sessions for whichever Project you triggered a session
Expected result:* Cloud Preferences timezone is used
Actual result: UTC time is displayed
Reproducible with versions: 6000.2.0b7
Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)

Resolution Note:
This is as designed. The accounts settings won't override UTC in the timestamp (this is intentional for universal time stamping purposes)
