[Usability] Process details under Threads in Profiler can't be scrolled when the info doesn't fit the pop-up vertically
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Analysis -> Profiler
3. Switch to the "Edit Mode" profiling and record for a few seconds
4. Turn off the Recording and select any frame
5. In the "Timeline" view, select the "Gfx.WaitForGfxCommandsFromMainThread"
6. Make sure the tab is vertically narrow enough so the details pop-up doesn't fit everything
7. Try scrolling it and observe the results
Expected results: The details pop-up can be scrolled
Actual results: The details pop-up can't be scrolled
Reproducible with: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0b1
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.6 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
We are unable to add scrolling into here as it would be a scrollable area into a scrollable area which is a difficult for usability.
To work around this you are able to copy the content out if you need to see that data or you can expand the timeline to increase the area available.
