UpdateLightProbeProxyVolumes is running despite not being supported
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached "URP 2023 v2" project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Open the Profiler window
4. In the Profiler window, switch to Hierarchy view
5. Search for "UpdateLightProbeProxyVolumes"
Expected outcome: No calls are made to "UpdateLightProbeProxyVolumes"
Actual outcome: 1 call is made to "UpdateLightProbeProxyVolumes"
Reproducible with: 12.1.12 (2021.3.31f1), 14.0.9 (2022.3.11f1), 15.0.6 (2023.1.16f1), 16.0.4 (2023.2.0b13), 17.0.1 (2023.3.0a9)
Reproduced on: MacOS (Ventura 13.4)
