[URP] UI is displayed in a different place when Renderer Feature Camera Override and Restore is enabled and Scene is in 2D Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project "TestUIBug" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Make sure the Scene window is in 2D Mode
3. In the Project window, select "UniversalRenderPipelineAsset_Renderer" from the Scenes folder
4. In the Inspector, enable the attached Render Feature's Camera Override
5. Make sure the Restore option is enabled
6. Move around in the Scene window to see the problem clearer
Expected result: UI Button is displayed in the same place
Actual result: UI Button is displayed in a different place ( seems further or closer)
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b4 (with 7.1.1 or newer), 2019.3.1f1, 2020.1.0a22
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.21f1, 2019.3.0b4 (with 7.0.1)
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1 (no Package Manager), 2018.4.17f1 (Render Feature not implemented)
Reproducible with package versions: 7.1.1, 7.1.8
Not reproducible with package versions: 6.9.2, 7.0.1
Could not test with package versions: 4.10.0-preview (Render Feature not implemented)
Note: Not reproducible when Scene window is in 3D Mode
