[URP] The Advanced settings section is missing in the Inspector when selecting the Universal Render Pipeline Asset
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP project
2. In the Project windows select the "UniversalRP-HighQuality" Asset (found in the Assets/Settings folder)
3. Observe the Inspector
Expected results: The "Advanced" section of settings exists (should be the last section)
Actual results: The "Advanced" section of settings is missing
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b14), 12.1.2 (2021.2.5f1), 13.1.2 (2022.1.0b1)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.33f1), 10.7.0 (2020.3.24f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b13)
