[URP] Soft particles not applied correctly if a URP asset is not set to HDR quality.
Repro steps:
1. Import the attached package
2. Assign the SRP asset from within the package as the active render pipeline asset
3. Open the SoftParticles scene and observe the VFX particles are not fading at the intersection with the geometry
4. Select the asset and enable `HDR`
5. Observe the VFX particles are fading properly.
Notes:
- If 'HDR' is disabled, enabling both the Depth and Opaque textures makes soft particles work as expected.
- If 'HDR' is enabled, only Depth texture is necessary
- The Shuriken particles don't seem to be affected by this.
- This is a Game View-only issue. Scene view seems to always show correct depth / soft particles.
