[URP] _ScreenParams returns wrong data in VR
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's "URP Updated.zip" project
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: The Console prints out the resolution of VR headset
Actual result: The Console prints out the resolution of the Game view window
Reproducible with: 10.0.0-preview.26 (2020.2.0a21), 10.8.1 (2020.3.32f1), 12.1.5 (2021.2.15f1)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.37f1), 9.0.0-preview.72 (2020.2.0a21), 12.1.6 (2021.2.18f1), 13.1.7 (2022.1.0b14), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a9)
