Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Project
2. Open "SampleScene"
2. Make sure that Post Processing at Camera is selected and Pixel Perfect Camera has been set to Upscale Render Texture
4. Set Game view resolution to 1920 x 1080
2. Observe the Game view
3. Turn off Camera Post Processing
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: When Post Processing is turned on, the Camera scales and shows Game view correctly
