[URP] "MissingReferenceException" error is thrown when using SceneManager.LoadScene
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "URPMissingReferenceException.zip" and scene "FirstScene"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the Console
Expected result: No errors in the Console
Actual result: Error "MissingReferenceException: The object of type 'Volume' has been destroyed but you are still trying to access it." is being spammed in the Console
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a10(7.0.0), 2019.4.0f1(7.4.1), 2020.1.0b12(8.1.0), 2020.2.0a14(9.0.0-preview.14)
Cannot test with: 2019.3.0a9 and lower (no URP)
