URP Lens Flare is rendered incorrectly in a standalone build
To reproduce:
- Create a new project using empty URP template;
- Import URP samples into the project ( Window > Package Manager > Universal RP > Samples > Import);
- Build and run "LensFlareShowroom" scene.
Expected result: Lens Flare is rendered correctly
Actual result: Lens Flare is defected
Reproduced on 2022.2.18f1
Not reproduced on 2022.2.17f1.112.12143, 2023.1.0b15.3067.4488
Tested on Macbook Pro with Apple M1 Pro chip. Haven't checked any other platform.
