[URP] Gizmos position and scale incorrectly when changing camera rect
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “GizmoScaling“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Make sure “Render Pipeline Asset“ (Project Settings > Quality) is set to a Universal Render Pipeline Asset
4. Make sure Gizmos are enabled in the Game view
5. Observe the Light and TMP gizmos in the Game view
Expected result: Gizmos are positioned on the left and right sides of the Game view and are scaled correctly
Actual result: Gizmos are positioned in the center of the Game view and are scaled incorrectly
Reproduced with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b15), 12.1.7 (2021.3.5f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.7f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a1)
Not reproduced with: 10.9.0 (2020.3.36f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b14)
Reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS Monterey 12.0.1 (Intel)
Notes:
1. Partly fixed since 2022.2.0a16 (gizmos are drawn correctly, but they’re drawn only for the first camera)
2. Also reproduced in Play Mode
3. Not reproduced in built-in RP, nor HDRP
