[URP] Color correction effects are applied to overlay camera when only being added to the base camera
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "case_1263193-URP.Unity.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene" Scene
3. In the Hierarchy window, expand the "PostProcessing" GameObject and select "BaseVolume" GameObject
4. Make both Game view and Inspector window visible and in the Inspector window, enable and disable volume overrides
5. Observe the changes in the Game view
Expected result: all volume overrides affect only the base camera
Actual result: color correction volume overrides affect both base and the overlay cameras
Reproducible with: 7.3.1, 7.4.1 (2019.4.4f1), 8.1.0, 9.0.0-preview.35 (2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a18)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.25f1 (no overlay cameras)

Hi there, I am using URP 11.0.0 and I am having this exact problem. Does the fix need to be applied to this branch too?
Post Exposure in Color Adjustments seems to respect the Camera Environment Volume mask but none of the other parameters in Color Adjustments do. Not sure if that helps. Let me know if I can provide any more information. Thanks
