URP 8.1 breaks UNITY_MATRIX_I_VP
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (ReproWorldReconstruction2020.zip)
2. Open the Scenes/Bug scene and observe the Game View
3. See that the Quad shader works by reconstructing parts of the cube, that have a distance from the Camera equal to less than 8, otherwise, it writes the color blue
4. Open the package manager and update Universal RP package to 8.1.0 or preview.14 - 9.0.0
5. See the Game View result
Expected result: the shader writes color blue if the distance from the camera to a world position is greater than 8(same as in step 3)
Actual result: no color blue is written regardless of the distance from the camera to a world position
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11
Could not test with: 2017.4.40f1(package unavailable), 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.13f1(regressed package version unavailable)
Reproducible with package versions: 8.1.0, preview.14 - 9.0.0
Not reproducible with package versions: 8.0.1
