Update is not being called when Gameobject's active state changes in the same Update
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1144488.zip")
2. Press Play
Expected result: Update is called
Actual result: Update is not being called, even though the GameObject is visible in the scene at all times.
Reproducible with - 2017.4.25f1, 2018.3.12f1, 2019.1.0f1, 2019.2.0a11
