Shader should be supported;
Reproducible on 4.5, 4.6, 5.0 versions;
a) Open project "Clear Water.zip";
b) Create a build for Windows 8.1;
c) Open the exported project in Visual Studio;
d) Deploy the project to a Surface RT;
e) The shader will render the materials as black (as per the included screenshot "screenshot.png").
