Unpacked Nested Prefabs lose their original Transform values when the Editor is restarted
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (Unpack_Bug)
2. Drag 'Pagoda_Roof_Tile_Corner_Octo_2500_C' Prefab from Prefabs/Environment/Pagodas into the scene
3. Unpack the Prefab
4. Save the scene and restart Unity
5. Check the Transform Component of the unpacked Prefabs
Expected result: Transform values remain identical to the ones prior to restarting Unity
Actual result: Transform values are reset
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0x-ImprovedPrefabs
Notes:
Unpacked Prefabs that have been duplicated do not suffer from this issue
