[UnityRemote] "CommandInvokationFailure: Unity Remote requirements check failed" error when 0 or more than 1 device connected
How to reproduce:
1. Create new or open the attached project
2. Go to Project Settings -> Editor -> Unity Remote and set "Device" to "Any Android Device"
3. Install and launch "Unity Remote" app from Goole Store
4. Check if Unity Remote works with Editor (enter PlayMode and check if the Game view is shown on the device)
5. Unplug the device or connect additional one
6. Enter PlayMode
Expected result: No errors
Actual result: "CommandInvokationFailure: Unity Remote requirements check failed" error
Reproducible: 2019.4.17f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b3, 2021.2.0a2
