UnityEditor.dll introspection fails with AccessDenied exception when loaded in Reflection mode in a regular .NET project
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project in any IDE (UnityEditorAccessDeniedTest.zip)
2. Build and run the project
3. Observe console output
(Optional)
4. Create a new Unity project
5. Put user-provided *.dll files into the project
6. Copy the code from users' project to Unity project
7. Test the code using Unity
Expected result: The code succeeds in reflecting Unity *.dll files in both projects
Actual result: Reflection fails on the users' project due to AccessDenied exception
Reproduced with *.dll files from: 2018.1, 2018.3.0a5
