Unity starts recording audio only when it loses focus and then regains it
Reproduction Steps:
1. Import attached project.
2. Open "Test" scene.
3. Enter Play mode.
4. In Game window, select your microphone as the Select Input Device.
5. Select Record.
6. Click outside the Unity editor.
7. Click inside the Unity editor.
Expected result: Audio should start recording immediately after Record is selected.
Actual result: Audio starts recording only after clicking outside and once again inside the Unity editor.
Reproducible with: 5.5.4f1, 5.6.2p3, 2017.1.0p1, 2017.2.0b3, 2017.3.0a1
