Unity Manual and Scripting Reference redirects to nonexistent page
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity Project
2. Navigate to Help -> Unity Manual or Help -> Scripting Reference
3. Observe the opened browser
Expected result: Redirection to https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/index.html (for Unity Manual) or https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/index.html (for Scripting Reference)
Actual result: Redirection to https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/Manual/index.html.html (for Unity Manual) or https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/ScriptReference/index.html.html (for Scripting Reference)
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a15, 2020.2.0b14, 2021.1.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.4.16f1, 2020.2.0a14
