Unity loads 'Untitled' (empty) scene when canceling building process
Reproduction steps:
1) Open "879562_SceneChangesAreLost.zip" project
2) Open "rand" scene
3) Make some scene changes, for example duplicate all the spheres and move them to the side.
4) Don't save any changes
5) Build and run project
-- While building, pay attention to the scene and/or Hierarchy.
6) As soon as everything in Hierarchy and scene is gone cancel building process
-- Notice that 'Untitled' scene loads (Unity's empty scene) and because of that all changes are gone

Just had this phenomenon happen in 5.6.1f1
I can't swear it was exactly the same steps as above, but i had built a small scene, did a "build and run" for android, got complaints on incorrect bundle identifier, fixed that and press build+run again, only to find an empty scene showing up on my android test device.
Scene hierarchy lost in dev null.
