Unity Hub mistakes similarly named folder for Hub installation folder when trying to set it as Unity Editors Path
Repro steps:
1. Make sure that Unity Hub's installation folder is C:\Program Files\Unity Hub
2. Create another folder, called "Unity Hub Editors" at C:\Program Files
3. Open Unity Hub and go to Preferences > General > Unity Editors Folder
4. Set "C:\Program Files\Unity Hub Editors" as the Unity Editors Path
Expected results: "C:\Program Files\Unity Hub Editors" is set as the Unity Editors Path
Actual results: The newly created folder is mistaken for the Hub installation folder and the "You cannot use the hub path as an installation path" error is thrown
Reproducible with: Unity Hub 2.2.2
