Unity freezes when high RigidBody.addforce force value is used
Reproduction steps:
- Open the attached project “Freeze”
- Open the scene “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene”
- Enter the Play mode
- Press the keyboard button “Space”
Expected result: The scene plays smoothly
Actual result: Unity freezes for around 10 seconds
Reproducible with: 2020.3.42f, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b6, 2023.1.0a21
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Note: The issue is only reproducible when the GameObject “Right Bullet Casing” has the RigidBody component with “Collision Detection” set to “Continuous Speculative”
