Unity freezes at "Packaging assets - resources.assets" when building if there is Post Processing Stack Asset imported
To reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "Metroidvania.zip"
2. File --> Build and Run
Result: Unity freezes at "Packaging assets - resources.assets"
Note: Deleting CorgiEngine and building again will not reproduce the freeze (deleting PostProcessing folder from the CorgiEngine would be enough, but it prompts some errors which do not let build)
Reproduced on: 5.6.3p3, 2017.1.1p1, 2017.2.0b11, 2017.3.0a7

I am having the same issue in 2017.3.1f1 while building the Xcode :( any one help me in that ?

"By Design" - can we have more information?
It's not very good design if the Unity postprocessing stack will break builds.
