Unity editor doesn't open Visual Studio on file double click while SQL Server Management Studio is running
Reproduction steps:
1. Run "SQL Server Management Studio"
2. Press "Cancel" if the "Connect to Server" window pops up on "SQL Server Management Studio"
3. Create and open a new project
4. Double click on the "Test" script inside the Assets folder
Expected result: "Test" script opens in Visual Studio
Actual result: "Hold on ProjectBrowser.OnGUI.mouseDown" loading window appears, disappears and nothing happens
Reproducible with: 2.0.8 (2019.4.33f1), 2.0.9 (2019.4.33f1), 2.0.11 (2021.1.20f1)
Not reproducible with: 2.0.3 (2020.3.241), 2.0.7 (2020.3.24f1), 2.0.12 (2021.1.20f1)
Notes:
- Not reproducible with VS Code and Rider
- SQL Server Management Studio v18.10
- Deleting Visual Studio Editor package is a workaround
- After reproducing the bug "Hold on ProjectBrowser.OnGUI.mouseDown" loading window may appear by just clicking anywhere on the Editor
