How to reproduce:
Open the attached project "Debug_ILPostProcess.zip"
Expected results: No errors in the Console window
Actual results: "Unity.Burst.CodeGen.BurstILPostProcessor: ILPostProcessor has thrown an exception" is thrown
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a19, 2023.1.14f1, 2023.2.0b10, 2023.3.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.0a18
