Unity crashes on Editor::TaskManager::Register when activating license with CLI
How to reproduce:
1. Delete the license file
2. Run Unity with CLI using: Unity.exe -quit -batchmode -serial "SB-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX" -username "JoeBloggs@example.com" -password "MyPassw0rd"
3. Open Editor.log
-- Observe the stack trace of the crash at the bottom of the file
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a10, 2019.2.12f1, 2019.3.0b9
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.0a9
