Unity closes when corrupted AssetBundle is opened with AssetBundle Browser
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached “DemoFailure.zip” project
2. In the menu click Assets > Bundles > Build Player Content
3. Open AssetBundle Browser
4. Inspect > Add File (path: /BundleBuildCache/StandaloneOSX/")
5. Click on the added file
Expected result: Able to view the contents of the bundle
Actual result: The Editor closes with a pop-up window saying "Fatal Error!"
Reproducible with: 2021.2.6f1, 2021.2.12f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.5f1, 2021.2.13f1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8

- Does not matter the Addressables package version
