Unity 2018.2 crash on CompressedMesh::Decompress when loading skinned and compressed mesh
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the "CrashTest" scene
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0b5, 2018.2.0a1(76f5a9).
Regression introduced in: 2018.2.0a1(76f5a9).
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.2.0a1(1b76a8), 2018.1.2f1, 2017.4.4f1, 2017.2.3f1, 2017.1.4f1.
